The 2008-2009 PTA Board would like to thank the entire Gavilan Peak School family for assisting us in raising funds throughout the year.

With your help, we were able to purchase for GPS:

1000 white boards (11” by 13”) one for every student & storage bins for each class . This purchase will help GPS save paper in our Gavilan Goes Green Program!

11 LCD projectors

1 portable smart board for the library

30 backless benches for the quads (ten in each quad)

2 benches w/ backs for the kindergarten quad

2 game tables/picnic tables for playground area.

The PTA also assisted in promoting the Opt-In contest, helping GPS win four Smart Boards.

If you signed up during the 2008-2009 program, you do not need to submit paperwork again -
your information is already on file with the Outlets!

With your help, Gavilan Peak PTA earned $250.00 by recycling plastic shopping bags so please continue collecting your bags and dropping them in the big yellow box in the school lobby! Our goal is turn in the most bags in the state of Arizona for a chance to win $3000.00!
Please save your bags over the summer so we have a jump start when school begins!!!

Keep those Box Tops coming in! Each one is worth 10cents towards PE Department products!!!
