Did you know Gavilan Peak School may not have a PTA for next year? Without new Board Members there won't be a PTA at GP. Without PTA, vital programs and funding will not be available at or school. We must have at least one person in the top 3 positions for PTA to continue.

This is no longer your Mom's PTA. Many participants are full or part time working parents, two household families and/or single parents. We all value time with our children. What better way to show you care than being involved in their academic journey. Please join us on the Leadership Team to keep PTA going.
Our Leadership Meeting is Tuesday May 22 at 6pm. It is in conjuction with Peter Piper Family Night occuring from 4-9. Let the kids play while we have a quick meeting at 6pm to get next year's Board positions filled. Sign up for a leadership position and save the many programs and funding our children need!

The School District only has liability coverage for Staff, not Volunteers who are manning the crosswalk.
So parents, for the safety of your children and the children who come to Gavilan Peak, please adhere to the following procedures to keep our kids safe:
The parking lot is NOT a drop off or pick up zone. **Some of the children are just too small for drivers to see. You can park and escort your child across the cross walk. ALL children walking to school must use sidewalks; no walking through the parking lot. This may take more time so please plan accordingly.
